Shambho
A brilliantly blue ocean I dreamt of,Calling me to its tranquillising depth.
The swimmer that I am notLeapt in— not out of courage, but charm.
Gasping for breath, fighting the silence,With each breath, I rebelled; With each stroke, I surrendered.
In abandonment, I became—no longer apart.I was the water, the calm, the unknown wild.
The deep I feared, the vastness I became,In oneness with Him.
